The business occupies a 93-year-old brick building at 11217 Johnson Drive — the former Pediatric Home Service office, across from The Flying Cow Gelato Shop — converting it from office back to retail use.³ Owner Josh Greenlee framed the mission as creating “a community hub in downtown Shawnee that provides excellent coffee and pastries, a warm and welcoming environment with unrivaled customer service.”³

The ownership group draws on substantial KC-coffee pedigree.
