Lone Jack Acres occupies about forty acres at 35100 E Outerbelt Road in Lone Jack, a Jackson County town at US 50 and Route 150, and markets itself under the line “Where Good Times Grow.”123 It is a public-facing seasonal farm, not a private homestead: the company’s own site sells tickets, lists twenty-plus attractions, and invites private events year-round.145

Lone Jack Acres LLC holds a Missouri Beer by Drink licence (primary licence 320440) at 35100 Outer Belt, Lone Jack, Jackson County. The named licence contact is Sarah Theiss, phone 816-582-4712.8 A licence contact is not automatically the sole operating owner. The farm’s own About page describes the operators as a locally owned, family-operated farm and as “a family that has called Lone Jack home for over 25 years,” but it does not name Sarah Theiss or any other individual.26

The company’s published timeline is: 2025, “the dream begins”; early 2026, they found the former Pumpkin Pad property; spring 2026, planning (corn mazes, sunflowers); fall 2026, opening day. The same page puts “Year Founded” at 2026.2

A Heartland MLS listing for 35100 E Outer Belt Rd, Lone Jack, records the 40-acre parcel as sold on 18 March 2026 (MLS 2567236). The listing copy states it was “formerly home to The Pumpkin Pad, a successful and well-known pumpkin patch that served the community for five years,” that a 30×50 pole barn with concrete floor and a 14-foot lean-to was built in 2020, and that “the previous business and assets are not included.”9 The listing does not name the buyer. The farm’s own account and the listing agree that this is the old Pumpkin Pad ground; they should not be read as proving that Theiss, or Lone Jack Acres LLC, was the named purchaser on that closing date.
