Description

PaPPo’s Pizzeria & Pub is a Missouri-founded pizzeria-and-pub chain whose Kansas City-metro footprint is run by local area franchisee Casey Richards.1 The concept centers on made-in-house preparation: at each location the kitchen shreds 14 different cheeses daily, hand-tosses dough with no additives, and makes its salad dressings, wing sauces, and brown butter chocolate chip cookies from scratch.12 The menu reflects founder Christopher “Pappo” Galloway’s Italian heritage, with specialty pies such as hot honey pepperoni and spinach ricotta.1

The exact opening year of the Lee’s Summit store is described in press as “a couple of years” before the June 2025 Overland Park announcement (i.e., roughly 2023).
