Ownership and history

Ann Straile and Alex Tran are named co-owners in JoCo Post photo/caption coverage. Straile worked 26 years as an accountant and cooked for family; she helped her mother run a New Jersey coffee shop. The house-baked banh mi bread continues a bakery dream of her late brother. “This is the (first) full-time restaurant that I am running on my own,” she told JoCo Post — “Before, my mom ran it. I cooked for her and did the paperwork. Now it’s my turn.”² Soft opened several weeks before the June 17, 2026 JoCo Post feature. Family independent, single location.
