Revvelry Brewhouse is a two-story taproom and cocktail lounge in Lone Jack, Missouri, home of the Cock-a-Doodle Brews craft-beer label, overlooking a showroom of collectible cars.

Description

Revvelry Brewhouse sits at 521-B Hunter Ln in Lone Jack, Missouri, just off the US 50 corridor in eastern Jackson County.1 It is the physical home of Cock-a-Doodle Brews, a craft-beer label the business describes as having begun “more than 20 years ago with a homebrew kit from a small brew shop in Kansas City.”2

The building is unusual for a small-town taproom. The business describes a two-story taproom and lounge that “overlooks a showroom full of collectible vehicles,” plus an outdoor patio and greenspace for games and live music, a large parking lot for community events, and a burnout pad for car enthusiasts.2 The adjoining collectible-vehicle operation, Revvelation Motors, is linked from the brewhouse site’s own footer.1

The draft list is drawn largely from other Kansas City-area breweries rather than exclusively in-house production — recent listings include beers from Smoke Brewing, KC Bier Co., Grains & Taps, City Barrel, Torn Label and Diametric — alongside a cocktail program built around bourbon and rye.3 The business also states that proceeds support a community-center project in La Giralda, Guatemala, run through Deliver Hope Ministry, work it says it has been involved in since 2021.4

Missouri’s primary alcohol licence record lists Cock-a-Doodle Brews LLC at 521 Hunter, Lone Jack, holding both a 22% Manufacturer Solicitor licence and a Retail by Drink licence, with Bryan Fries as the licence contact.5

Ownership and history

The business’s own timeline dates the first homebrew batch — an Irish stout brewed from a kit purchased at Schmitty’s, a Kansas City brew shop — to February 4, 1997, and the first original recipe, a Belgian white ale, to December 13, 2009.2 These are first-party claims on the company’s website and are recorded here as such.

In early 2018 the label reached commercial distribution through what the company describes as “a childhood friendship with the owner of Weston Brewing Company”; Rhode Island Red Rye launched in July 2018 and a hazy cream IPA, Hippie Chick, around Christmas 2019.2 Construction on the Lone Jack building began in July 2023 and the Revvelry Brewhouse opened on October 1, 2025.2

The owner is identified on the company site only by the first name “Bryan.”2 The Missouri alcohol licence record gives the licence contact for Cock-a-Doodle Brews LLC as Bryan Fries.5 Whether other partners hold ownership stakes is “, as is the company’s formation date as a legal entity.
