Sauced (styled SAUCED.) is a Crossroads smash-burger and chicken-sandwich kitchen co-founded by Steven Blakley. After nearly five years as a courtyard walk-up (closed October 2025), it reopened July 2026 in a larger restaurant space at 7 E 19th St — directly across the street from the original kiosk. Signature: Dijon-aioli smashburgers, Cajun buttermilk chicken sandwiches, wings, and house sauces.123

Description

Sauced built a following as a compact Crossroads smashburger destination — Dijon aioli smash burgers, Cajun buttermilk chicken sandwiches, fries, wings, and rotating house sauces — before the original courtyard stand closed in October 2025.21

The 2026 return is a full restaurant footprint at 7 E 19th St, with more room, house-made non-alcoholic drinks (punch, limeade), plans for “Burger Nights,” fresh-cut fries, and alcohol once licensing lands.2 The team also worked FIFA Fan Festival food service at Liberty Memorial before the brick-and-mortar reveal.2
