Ten & Two Coffee Bar occupies the ground floor of the old Tiblow Mill at 611 West 2nd Street in Bonner Springs, the westernmost city in Wyandotte County. The roughly century-old mill was redeveloped as Olde Mill Properties, a multi-tenant complex whose current roster includes Outfield Beer Co, Quentin’s BBQ & Sides, Olde Mill Ice Cream, The Fuel House automotive club, Grip ‘N’ Rip indoor golf, Third Story Studios and The Maintenance Room.1

The business runs on a single-room, two-shift model that the operator states plainly: coffee, pastries and breakfast in the morning, cocktails after dark, with the same staff working both. The published drinks list leans into the overlap — Irish coffee, chocolate hazelnut coffee, Kentucky coffee, an old fashioned made with espresso, an espresso martini — alongside a house Blackberry Jalapeño Margarita built on Patrón with blackberry and jalapeño.2 The bar is also the access point for The Maintenance Room, the mill’s speakeasy: guests check in with a Ten & Two employee, who lets them through a concealed door.1 “ — the check-in mechanic is described in third-party coverage and on the complex’s own listing but not on Ten & Two’s site.
