THE Pizza Place sits on the east side of SW 7 Highway south of Interstate 70 in Blue Springs, in a strip-front space with a dining room, a salad bar and a lunch buffet counter.12 The restaurant’s self-description leads with inclusion — “We want a place everyone can eat!” — and the practical version of that is the menu architecture: alongside the standard menu, “a full Vegan and Gluten Free Menu with three gluten free crusts and two pastas,” house-made dressings, sauces and desserts, and a “Gluten Free Grab n’ Go Freezer” of take-home product.3 Gluten-free diners’ directories rate it as owner-run and “very celiac conscious,” and note the monthly 100%-gluten-free buffet.4

The owners are not named on the site; the “About” page says only that “with THE owners born and raised in the Blue Springs area, THE Pizza Place is proud to serve our community.”3 Gluten-free directory listings give an establishment date of 2021 and an opening in October 2021; no press coverage of the opening was found.4

A second unit, THE Pizza Place North, operates at 2118 NW State Route 7 on the north side of Blue Springs as a pick-up-and-delivery-only shop with the same standard, vegan and gluten-free menus; it has its own Facebook page and a Yelp listing updated April 2026, but the official site does not list it separately and its opening date is not documented.67 It has no Registry page yet.
