In 2024–2025, Ammer expanded into the storefront next door at 307 Main Street — formerly Beignet / The Daily Kitchen — opening Murmuration Eatery & Cocktail Bar, a full sit-down/quick-service eatery connected to the coffee shop. She described the murmuration (a gathering of birds) as a symbol of community and safety, reflecting her view of the coffee business as community-building.56
