The official Yelp listing reports the business as established in 2017, while reporting on the current Minnesota Avenue café cites an opening around 2021–2022; the seed data for this entry listed 2018.25 The likeliest reconciliation is that the business originated earlier (possibly under a different location or format) and arrived at, or relaunched on, Minnesota Avenue around 2021–2022, but this has not been confirmed against a primary source. The owners are reported to bring decades of culinary experience from Tabasco.
