The flagship restaurant opened at 519 E Santa Fe Street in downtown Olathe in November 2021.14 In early November 2024, Mariscos KC opened its second Johnson County location at 6505 Nieman Road in Shawnee, in a space just off 65th Street and Nieman Road; the Johnson County Post reported the opening, describing the restaurant as “locally-owned” and noting its origins in Olathe.1
