Prime Social Rooftop is a 5,500-square-foot rooftop cocktail lounge on the 16th floor of 46 Penn Centre on the Country Club Plaza, opened November 16, 2021.12 It serves a craft-cocktail program (including a tableside Reserve Cocktail Cart) and an elevated small-plates menu — sushi, A5 Wagyu, oysters, caviar — with panoramic Plaza views and a rooftop fire pit.13 It is operated by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, whose national steakhouse brand Ocean Prime opened in the same building in early 2022.24
