Saap Saap Noodles is owned by Adison Sichampanakhone, who launched the noodle concept after previously founding the dessert brand Ice Cream BAE.⁴ Sichampanakhone and his wife, Jackie, also operate Ice Cream BAE locations on the Country Club Plaza and at Park Place.³ The Lenexa Public Market stall celebrated its grand opening on Friday, January 24, 2025, occupying a space on the ground level of the market.² The concept reflects a turn toward Laotian home-cooking, with menu items including “Mama’s egg rolls” drawn from the founder’s family kitchen.⁴
