America Bowman Restaurant is the street-level dining room of the Weston Brewing Company / O’Malley hospitality cluster at 500 Welt St, Weston, Missouri — above the underground cellars of O’Malley’s 1842 Pub. Irish-American pub fare (corned beef, bangers, Scotch eggs, pretzels with house beer cheese) daily 11:30am–9pm. Same phone and Toast stack as the pub. Tier 1 independent historic hospitality site.12

Description

America Bowman is the above-grade restaurant for guests who want the Weston Irish campus without going sixty feet into the lagering cellars. The first-party menu mixes breakfast-all-day plates (French toast, biscuits and gravy, egg plate, sausage sampler, Scotch eggs) with pub starters (jalapeño mozzarella sticks, Irish egg rolls with corned beef, Irish cheese fries, soft pretzel with O’Malley’s Cream Ale cheese sauce) and sandwiches anchored by The O’Malley (corned beef, Cream Ale Swiss cheese sauce, marinated slaw on marble rye).1

The restaurant shares the 500 Welt St campus with O’Malley’s 1842 Pub, Weston Brewery, and lodging brands (St. George Hotel, Inn at Weston Landing, Mandrake Place).12

Ownership and history

The wider complex is the historic Weston Brewing Company site (cellars 1842). The O’Malley family developed restaurant and underground pub uses from the late 1970s–1980s; later operators include the purchase noted on the O’Malley’s Registry page (Coakley / Weinfurt, 2005 — reconfirm current ownership before elevating).2 America Bowman is presented first-party as the restaurant half of the same Toast and westonirish.com brand stack, not a separate corporate entity.1
