Description

Discourse Brewing is an independent craft brewery and taproom at 7211 W 97th Street in Overland Park’s Windmill Square Shopping Center, operated by sole proprietor Matt Britton.¹² The concept is community-conversation-focused, with Britton involved in Kansas alcohol distribution law reform advocacy prior to opening.³

The rotating tap selection covers sours, stouts, and IPAs.²³ Discourse fills a Overland Park–side gap in the Registry’s JoCo brewery coverage — the KCMO brewery scene is well-represented while JoCo taphouses are underrepresented.
