Mariscos KC is a locally-owned Mexican-seafood (mariscos) restaurant founded by Juan Valles Alferez, who established Mariscos KC LLC in March 2021 and opened the flagship dining room at 519 E Santa Fe Street in downtown Olathe, Kansas, in November 2021.
