Description

Plaza Provisions is a multi-vendor food hall on the ground/mezzanine levels of the Cascade Hotel (a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property) on the Country Club Plaza, at 4620 Wornall Rd.123 It relaunched on August 25, 2025 after the previous Strang Chef Collective food hall closed in December 2024; the hotel brought operations in-house, hiring Eric Willey (its Director of Outlets) to lead a curated lineup of established local-brand concepts plus two full-service bars.12

Ownership disclosure: Although the individual vendors are strong KC operators, Plaza Provisions itself is operated in-house by the Cascade Hotel (Marriott Tribute Portfolio) — not an independently owned food-hall collective.
