Audrey’s Wine + Bourbon is Howard and Laura Turley’s intimate pairing lounge at 404 W 75th St in Waldo, opened February 12, 2026. The Turleys developed a serious interest in wine-and-whiskey flavor pairing during COVID and built the concept around guided pairing flights in a deliberately curated environment: dark and moody interior, no televisions, live jazz on Thursdays. The lounge is named after their granddaughter Audrey.

The Turleys bring existing Waldo community roots — they opened 75th Street Events (an event space) in 2021 in the same area. Audrey’s is their first bar/lounge concept.
