Orange By: Devoured is a neo-Neapolitan pizza and wine bar at 325 E. 31st Street in Kansas City’s Martini Corner, a Midtown district undergoing revitalization. Opened August 15, 2024 by owner Jhy Coulter, the concept has an unusual origin: Coulter first developed it as a senior design project at UMKC (B.A. 2017), then built community through a pop-up phase before securing the 31st Street brick-and-mortar.¹
