Description

The Cove is a full-service restaurant and bar in Platte City, Missouri, opened December 5, 2024, by Don MacCuish and his son Donny MacCuish. Don’s 24-year Army career took the family across the country; after retiring, the MacCuishes settled in the KC-metro area and opened The Cove as a family venture, with wife Amy, daughter Emma, and son Evan all working the restaurant alongside Don and Donny.¹
