A KS.City Recognition
Wheels to Walls.
They started humble — a truck, a cart, a market stall, a pop-up — and earned their walls. KS.City recognizes the Kansas City businesses that made the jump from wheels to a permanent home. The graduation is the achievement. 30 and counting.
Each January we honor the newest class — the businesses that earned their storefront the year before. The Class of 2026 arrives January 2027.

Brand began as Erica Muñoz's Pinche Vegana / Madrina Vegana pop-ups and food festivals from New York to Miami (2021) → Astoria, Queens storefront → Kansas City Open Doors! storefront at 1881-B Main (June 2026), itself a 3–6-month subsidized pop-up.
